DNA testing kit purchase
I just bought a DNA test kit from this company, and I had some problems with the website taking me to the wrong place. I sent an email to customer service, and I was actually impressed when I got a quick and helpful reply from Richard on a weekend. He gave me all the details I needed to send in my sample and walked me through the entire process. Richard's help was really awesome and it made things a lot easier for me.
