I bought two T-back bralettes from this company in different colors, both in the same size. But when I tried them on, I noticed that the band measurements were all over the place. One bralette was 1.5 inches tighter than the other, and it wasn't very comfy to wear. I was bummed out by this lack of consistency in sizes 'cause I like to know my measurements are right when I buy underwear. On top of that, I saw that the seams on the bralettes were badly sewn, which affected how long they lasted and how good they looked. 'Cause of these problems, I'm not sure if I'll buy anything else from this company in the future.

I ran into a little problem with my order when it showed up, but I was so happy with how fast the customer service team got back to me and sorted it out. I shot them an email and got a reply in just a few minutes, and they sent out a replacement for the item that was missing on the same day. I'm really pleased with the great service I received.
