So, my Plex with Flex just wouldn't charge after almost a year of using it. I was starting to stress about having to buy a new one. Long story short, I contacted the store's customer support for help. Cheryl, the rep I spoke with, was super helpful and walked me through getting a replacement for free. I was really impressed by their customer service and how they backed up their products. It was such a relief to get my problem sorted out so smoothly and quickly, eh.
