Unfortunately, my experience with last-minute luggage storage booking was quite disappointing, eh? I had booked and paid for a service ahead of time, only to show up at the spot and nobody was there to take my bags. I looked everywhere, but no one was around to help me out, which made it really stressful to lug my luggage around for the whole booking time. And to top it off, Vertoe wouldn't give me a refund for the missed service. The lack of responsibility and customer service really left a bad taste in my mouth, eh.
