Online course experience
The course I signed up for was a letdown right from the beginning. The teacher didn't seem ready and just went through slides without really explaining or offering any deeper understanding. It seemed like I could have just looked things up on Google and learned more that way. And don't even get me started on the so-called 'Student Success Advisor' - they were no help at all and came across as rude in their communication. As for the career support they offered, it was a joke to get advice from a 20-year-old college student who probably doesn't have much real-life experience. To sum it up, the whole thing made me feel frustrated and like my learning was not valued at all.
