I recently bought something for my furry buddy on this website and let me tell ya, it ain't really a Canadian company like they say. Turns out they're actually in the UK, not Canada. That kinda bummed me out 'cause I like to support local businesses. When I tried to ask some questions through their live chat, the answers seemed a bit shady and didn't give me the info I needed. Another thing that raised a flag for me was that their website uses American measurements, which ain't what I'd expect from a Canadian or UK company. All in all, I wasn't totally happy with my experience and I'll be on the lookout for a true Canadian option next time.
