I've tried calling customer service a few times about the problems I've been having with the software I bought, but I keep getting slow and not very helpful answers. It's really frustrating to not get the help I need from a company that claims to be all about customer service. I agree with other folks who aren't happy with the support they've gotten. Customers should feel like they matter and that they'll get help when they need it. Next time you're looking for software, I'd suggest checking out other options.
