Ugh, I tried to get my money back because the things I got are too small and low quality. But every time I try to submit a ticket for a refund, I keep getting this stupid error message! I've tried using different browsers and even different IP addresses, so it's not me making mistakes. I still have over 200 bucks worth of stuff coming, and I'm leaving on vacation soon, so I can't wait around for a response. The support center won't let me speak to a real person, just wants me to keep trying to submit a ticket. I'm so frustrated!
