I recently tried FragranceX for the first time and I had a really good experience. I ordered three perfumes and they all came in perfect condition. The delivery company, Deprisa, did a great job shipping from Bogotá to CÚCUTA, COLOMBIA. I placed my order on May 16th and got it today, May 31st, just a little over 12 days like the company said, which is totally fine. The small delay was understandable and didn't affect how happy I was with the service. One thing that could be better is if FragranceX told us which shipping company they use when we place an order. That way we'd know more about what's going on and feel better prepared for anything unexpected. I'm happy with how everything went and I'll definitely shop here again in the future.

I recently bought a gold coin from this company and I gotta say, I was pretty let down by the customer service. They went and sent my package to the wrong address without even giving me a heads up, so I couldn't track it. When I tried to talk to someone about it, they had the nerve to blame me instead of owning up to their mistake. They weren't helpful at all and didn't wanna make things right.
