I ordered a watch online and it arrived quickly, which was great. But then I ran into problems when I had to return a faulty watch that was still under warranty. I sent multiple emails but didn't hear back from anyone. Eventually, I managed to get through on the 1-800 number, but they couldn't give me any updates on the repair status. It was a really disappointing experience overall.
