Hey there, I just wanted to give some feedback on the fishing gear I got from you. It was a total disaster! It broke on the first try, and when I tried to return it, the customer service was terrible. Plus, the price was way too high for such a low-quality item. And don't even get me started on the delivery time, it took forever. All in all, it was a pretty awful experience.
