That was such a horrible experience! I accidentally paid for the same trip twice because their website was all messed up. I reached out to their support right away to fix it, but they didn't cancel one of the payments or give me back any cash. Their customer service is seriously lacking and it's really disappointing. I suggest finding a different booking platform to use instead. Even after I made a ton of complaints and sent a bunch of emails, they only gave me back their fee for managing things, not the full amount for the second ticket.
