Recently purchased hiking boots online
I had heard really good things about this company's products, so I thought I'd give it a shot and ordered myself a pair of hiking boots online. Everything started off fine - got a confirmation email and even a tracking number for my shipment. But then things took a turn. The tracking info stopped updating after a few days and my order never showed up. When I tried to get in touch with customer service, they replied at first and just asked me to be patient. But after that, nada. Suffice to say, this whole thing left a sour taste in my mouth and I won't be buying from them again.
