Push Active earbuds
Hey there, so I had a few hiccups with my Push Active earbuds, but when I chatted in for some assistance, I was actually pretty impressed. The chat bot let me know that my issue had been passed along to the support team, and they'd get back to me as soon as they could. And true to their word, I got an email with some really helpful troubleshooting tips within a few hours. I had already attempted to reset the earbuds myself, but the extra advice they gave me did the trick. I'm really grateful for the speedy reply and the support team's willingness to assist.
