I had such a terrible time with this company. I ordered a suitcase almost three weeks ago and it still hasn't shown up. The tracking info says it's still waiting for the carrier to pick it up, but the company keeps saying it's already been delivered without giving any proof or reason. I've tried contacting them through email and chat, but the replies were not helpful and all over the place. I'm thinking about taking legal action against them now. Stay away from this company at all costs.
