I got the rug I ordered right on time, but man, the colors were totally different from what I saw on the website. The picture made it look like there would be lighter blues, greens, and cream, but what actually came was in darker greens, greys, and browns. I know that sometimes colors can look different because of your screen settings, but this was a big change. It seems like the company knows about this problem because they mention it in their policies. This whole thing really disappointed me, and I don't think I'll be ordering from them again.
