Software installation issues
I've been having a lot of trouble getting the monitoring software to work on my kid's MacBook Air. It keeps saying the device hasn't been used when it clearly has, so I've had to reach out to customer support multiple times for help. The instructions they gave me to uninstall and reinstall the software were not easy to follow, and I had to do some extra research on my own. Having to constantly troubleshoot has been a hassle and frustrating, especially since I need to keep things hush-hush when checking my kid's device. The quick fix that customer support gave me only worked for a little bit before the issue popped up again, leading to a never-ending cycle of troubleshooting. All in all, I'm really let down by how unreliable this product is and wouldn't recommend it to anyone else.

Quadcopter with GPS
So I was pretty stoked when the quadcopter with GPS I ordered showed up earlier than expected. The case it came in was super well thought out, had a spot for each piece. The user manual was a breeze to understand too. But man, was I let down when I saw that one of the wheels was messed up and couldn't spin 'cause the axle was bent. But even with that hiccup, the first flight of the quadcopter went off without a hitch. The GPS and optical flow features really helped me out and I was able to fly it like a pro. Overall, I'm happy with it, but it's annoying that one of the batteries won't charge and Banggood isn't getting back to me about it.
