Ordering the hair growth serum was a total hassle, eh. I had to send emails back and forth multiple times just to get things sorted out. The customer service team definitely dropped the ball when it came to dealing with the shipping problems, which ended up causing a big delay in getting my order. It wasn't until after four emails were exchanged that they finally offered a refund. Overall, not impressed with the whole situation, to be honest.
