Jeans for partner
So yeah, my partner and I went into this store because he wanted to try on some new jeans. The staff there were super nice when he was trying stuff on, helping him out and stuff. He ended up picking a pair, buying them, and we took them home. But when he tried them on at home, he realized they didn't fit right. We went back to the store and asked for a refund, but they said we could only get store credit since he tried them on there. We weren't happy about that, especially since we don't live close by and we don't like online shopping. The staff totally changed their tone with us once they knew we weren't buying anything, got kinda rude and dismissive. I get their policy and all, but it just seems old-fashioned and not very good customer service. Now we've got this store credit that we don't even want to use because of how we were treated. If they had just given us the refund, we probably would have kept shopping there. But now, we're not going back after we use up the credit.
Review about: Brilliant Bicycle
Awesome bike
I just picked up my new bike from Brilliant Bicycle and it's so awesome! The colour is perfect and it rides really smoothly. The customer service was amazing, they helped me choose the best bike for me. The price was a little high, but definitely worth it for the quality. And to top it off, the delivery was super quick, I got my bike in just a few days!
