Hotel booking
I booked a hotel through this platform for a weekend getaway and man, was I ever disappointed with the whole experience! The room was nothing like the pictures online - it was old, dirty, and definitely not worth the price we shelled out. And to top it off, the hotel staff were no help at all and didn't seem to care about giving good customer service. All in all, it was a big letdown and I wouldn't suggest using this platform for booking hotels.
