Discoloring watch strap issue
The strap on my watch started to change colour within a few days of buying it. I reached out to customer service to deal with the issue, but they were no help at all. Even after I explained it wasn't dirt and showed them I had another watch in a different colour that was fine, they kept insisting it must be dirty. They told me to contact the brand for more help. Despite Casio agreeing that the service was bad from this company and telling me to contact them again, nobody is replying to my emails. It's been over a month since I first got in touch, and I've sent many emails with no reply. The lack of communication and support from the customer service team has been really frustrating and disappointing.
