Edreams Online Travel app will not refunds clients plus will charge in EURO$
March 29, 2025 I cancelled two flights in Brazil two weeks before departure date. They were fully refundable flights. I have obtained only one of the two refunds. After 35 emails sent to eDreams and filing 6 complaints, eDreams still refuses to refund me. They claim my refund was issued on Jan 25 by the airline in Euro dollars when I only originally booked that flight Jan 24 which was processed on my credit card statement Jan 25. I have also received an email from eDreams mid-April that the refund still has not been issued in the amount of $61.08US. They claim to only charge you in US dollars but CHECK your statements, this company is located in SPAIN and will charge you in EURO dollars not US dollars. Every email obtained since April by multiple staff members always denotes a fake apology and sorry how frustrated it must be for you, and repeat the same excuse about the reasons refund will not be processed, will blame the Airline - they refunded you directly in EURO dollars after originally booking my flights via eDreams App. They requested documents as proof. I sent them statements 12 pages of credit card ...1, and 4 pages of credit card ...2. Yet they express the refund was processed through my bank account. If per chance you subscribe to the Annual Prime Membership and they have more than two credit cards on file, they will charge you on both. One in Feb for $69.99US and then 2nd charge on my other crefit card in early March in EURO dollars ...$103.26. When you bring the issue to them, they will state absolutely no refunds. This company is horrible. They'll have jump through hoops, waste your time and will claim every excuse as a failed attempt of a justification as to why they will never refund you. Due to my multiple written complaints and persistence, as of today July 20th, 3 months later, I still HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED my 2nd flight. It is usually sent 10 days after a cancellation according to their written policy. ...NEW CLIENTS, AVOID THIS COMPANY-SCAM!
