The auto-renewal thing is kind of sneaky and can end up surprising customers with charges they weren't expecting. And if the product isn't even that great in the long run, it just adds to the frustration. It's just not cool to see companies using these tactics to make more money. I'd recommend keeping an eye out and being careful when you come across this kind of stuff.
