I would stay clear of this company! I thought I was only buying a one-time report and PDF, but turns out they were charging me $29.99 every month. When I tried to cancel my subscription, customer support just gave me the runaround and tried to keep me as a customer by offering discounts. They didn't even offer to refund the extra charges. This whole situation has made me feel ripped off and frustrated. I won't be using their service again.
