I just got my hands on the new Maker 3 from Cricut and at first, it was working fine. Then, out of nowhere, it started acting up and couldn't properly cut through my cardstock. I reached out to customer support, but I had a hard time understanding them and my emails weren't even going through! Spent all day on the phone and sending emails just to get some help. I have some important projects like making wedding invitations and this delay is really getting to me. I ended up wasting a lot of paper and money on new mats and blades. And let me tell you about my new press 2 - it broke after only a few uses! So frustrated with all these errors!
