I just booked a flight online and got a good deal, but I was bummed to see that bags weren't included in the price, which wasn't clear on the website. I tried to get in touch with customer service for some answers, but I never heard back within the 24 hours they promised. And to top it off, I got a weird call from a random number in the US at midnight, which was totally unprofessional and annoying.
