Annual basic account locked after one trip
I thought this website was awesome and spent a long time planning a trip. But when I returned, my trip was suddenly locked! They were asking for more money to unlock and view it. Seriously, what's up with that? Why would I want to give them more cash when they treat their users like that? I looked at the FAQ page and there's no promise that you'll be satisfied with their service. Plus, if you cancel, that's the end of it - no refunds whatsoever. So be careful if you decide to use this site!

Clothing and shoe styles
I was super impressed with all the different clothing and shoe styles they had on that website. Everything I got fit perfectly and was top-notch quality. I was really into all the cool designs and trendy options they had too.
