Reservation for a hotel
I don't usually like to leave bad reviews, but I had such a terrible experience with my recent reservation through Hotwire that I feel like I have to let people know. I was promised a top-notch hotel with an "Excellent Rating," but what I actually got was a bunch of options for really low-quality places that were nothing like what was advertised. The final hotel I ended up at was an "ECONO LODGE MOTEL," and let me tell you, it did not meet my standards at all. It was not only below par, but it also made me feel unsafe because of the shady and unpleasant vibe. This whole thing has left me super unhappy, and I definitely won't be using Hotwire again in the future.
