I just bought some new appliances and I gotta say, I was really disappointed with the quality and customer service. They came on time, but they just didn't meet the standards I was hoping for. They were a pain to use and didn't live up to what the company promised. When I tried to get help from customer service, it was all delays, mistakes, and not very helpful answers. It took forever to get things sorted out and get a refund for the faulty appliances. All in all, dealing with this company was just super frustrating and left me feeling unsatisfied.
