I was actually thinking of canceling my membership with this company because I was having some trouble with the website. But, when I called customer service, I was fortunate enough to talk to Ann Louise P. She was really nice and she helped me figure out how to navigate the site and resolve some of the issues that were frustrating me. I believe it's crucial to have helpful and knowledgeable people like Ann on the customer service team, especially when the website is not the most user-friendly.
