I ordered some new shoes online, but they sent me the wrong ones. Dealing with their customer service was a nightmare, and trying to get a refund has been such a long and complicated process. I'm feeling pretty let down by the whole experience.

I just bought a bunch of stuff from this company and let me tell ya, I'm pretty darn impressed. Shipping ain't the quickest, but I got some of my stuff earlier than I thought I would, so that was a nice surprise. I've also bought some things from a different store so there are other options if you can't wait for shipping. The smells of the products are just amazing! But gotta say, they're a bit on the pricey side. I wish the lotion came in bigger sizes for the price. Anyways, the bigger sprays are reasonably priced and ya get a good amount of product. The scent sticks around for a good while and the products actually do what they say they will. Just tried out the new hair oil and it's fantastic! Leaves my hair all soft and shiny and lookin' good.
