They responded quick and told me they're already sending me a replacement pair, eh? I've been using this store for years and this experience just made me trust their awesome customer service even more, eh? It's true, you really see how good a company is when things don't go right, and Mountain Warehouse has definitely gone above and beyond my expectations.
