I had a chat with customer service about two gift cards that weren't working properly. After talking it through, they sent me a new e-gift card to make up for it. The customer service folks were really on the ball and helpful the whole time. I'm feeling pretty good that the new e-gift card will do the trick for my spa visit next month. All in all, I'm thankful for how quickly and smoothly they fixed the problem.
