I can't believe how awful my experience was with this company. I got a faulty and dirty item, and it took them over two weeks just to respond for a return. I sent it back over four weeks ago with proof of delivery, but still no refund or even a response. It feels like they're messing around and trying to trick me. Their customer service is just terrible and unprofessional. I would definitely recommend avoiding this company at all costs.
