I decided to try out this streaming service because of a sweet deal from another website, but honestly, I haven't even used it once. Next thing I know, they go ahead and update their subscription without giving me a heads up, and boom - they charged me double the amount! Not cool, eh? I shot them an email requesting a refund, fingers crossed they come through for me.
