Projector with stain
I picked up this super cool projector the other day, but when I opened the box, there was this weird stain on it. I was totally bummed out because I was really looking forward to setting it up and trying it out. But I decided to reach out to customer service, and let me tell you, they were so friendly and helpful! They swapped it out for a brand new one right away, no hassle at all. I was over the moon because the projector was on sale for a really good price. Definitely the best customer service I've ever experienced!
