I just bought a pair of capris in size 10 online and I was so disappointed with what I got. They sent me a size 4 capri with a weird dolphin hem instead of what I ordered. And the whole ordering situation was a mess. I can't believe they don't give refunds back to credit cards or provide paid return labels. It's just not right. I want a refund for this mistake and I'm never gonna buy from them again!
