I bought something from this website for shipping outside Canada. At first, it sent me to a Canadian site cause of where I am. I thought that meant no import taxes. But when my stuff arrived, I found out I had to pay taxes and a fee for each item, since they were sent separately. I was kind of bummed because they didn't say anything about extra charges when I bought them.

I just bought some skincare stuff from this brand and I gotta say, I am super impressed. The stuff is top-notch and you can tell they really put in the effort. They use all natural and sustainable ingredients, and I love that they mix old school with new school. I've got sensitive skin, but these products have been gentle and they work so well - my skin feels so good. I really respect how open and ethical this brand is about where they get their stuff.

Three dresses purchased
Eh? So, I bought three dresses from this place and boy, let me tell you, total disappointment. The fit was way off, and the fabric felt super cheap, so I made the call to return all of 'em. Can you believe they slapped a $6.95 fee on each one? Like, what the heck, right? I got an email saying they got all three dresses back and that the return was done, but guess what? Only two credits showed up in my bank account. I've been bombing their customer service with emails, but no one's stepping up to fix it. My bank says they only got two credits, which means Princess Polly owes me for one dress. I've asked for all the details about the credits, but nobody's stepping up to help out. I think it was that dress I sent back through UPS that didn't get credited, even though they got it. I really need a supervisor to give me a hand, or I'll have to do a chargeback. My bank's got my back on this one, and I'm done shopping there. Cheap clothes and terrible service, no thanks!
