Recent jewelry purchase
I recently bought a necklace from this company and I have to say, I am so impressed. The design is beautiful and the quality is amazing. I love how each piece has a special meaning and represents something strong, like resilience and empowerment. You can tell that a lot of care went into making it, and I really like that they focus on ethical practices in their production. Also, knowing that some of the money goes to charity makes me happy to support this brand.

New shoes too small
OMG, like I got these shoes forever ago and they totally don't fit! I can't wear them at all 'cause they hurt my feet too much. I reached out to customer service and they were really fast and nice about it. I sent some pics to show I never wore them outside, and they said I could send them back. So stoked! Can't wait to see if I get a bigger size or get my money back once they get the shoes back. Usually you can't do this after 3 months, but they made it work. Gotta give a big shoutout to Kim for hooking me up!
