Dress purchase
I ordered this dress from their website, but I accidentally put in the wrong address. Luckily, the customer service team at this store was super understanding and helpful. They said they would send the dress to my correct address at no extra cost. I was really impressed with how far they went to make sure I was happy. This whole thing has made me a fan of their store, and I'll definitely be buying from them again.

Online purchase kpop album
So, I bought this kpop album online and it came with the wrong poster. I reached out to customer service and they said they'd send me a new one, but it took forever. Finally, I asked for a refund but they only gave me store credit. I used it to get another poster, but it was wrong too! My experience with customer service was so frustrating. I wouldn't recommend buying from them.
