I bought the Nanlight 300b from this store because I heard good things about it. The website was easy to use, and the product details were helpful and easy to find. Ordering was a breeze, and I got updates on my order quickly. The price was fair, and I felt like I scored a good deal. Shipping was fast, and the light arrived in perfect shape. All in all, I had a great buying experience.

I had some trouble with my machine so I gave customer service a call for some help. After a facetime to figure out the problem, it turns out my machine needed some fixing. Since the warranty was up, I had to pay for shipping and repairs, which I wasn't too thrilled about, so I left a negative review. But then the company reached out with an email offering to check out the machine and replace it if needed, at no extra cost to me. I shipped it out, got it back in 2 weeks, and now it's working great with some noticeable improvements. Even though there was no warranty, I'm grateful to Breville for taking care of the problem.
