I'm really happy with the help I got from AirHelp in sorting out my flight problem. It took a bit longer than I would have liked, but in the end I was satisfied with how things turned out. I think it would be great if AirHelp could think about reducing their fees or making special deals for students like me. I'm studying abroad and I think this would be really helpful for other students dealing with flight issues. It could also help AirHelp reach more people in need.
