I ordered a lingerie set online about a week ago, but I still haven't gotten any shipping details. I've tried getting in touch with customer service by phone, text, and email, but I haven't heard anything back. The email address they have on their site didn't work, which is super frustrating. So, I decided to go ahead and file a complaint through PayPal and I'm planning to contact the BBB as well. My advice? Avoid buying anything from this company.
