Oh my goodness, my experience with this app was honestly terrible! When I needed help, I got stuck talking to bots instead of actual people. And don't even get me started on the user-unfriendly app and the completely different information before and after booking. Plus, there were so many hidden terms and conditions everywhere! I would definitely recommend staying away if possible, seriously!
