Pet supplies purchase
I've been a customer for a few years now and I gotta say, the prices and customer service are top-notch. But, there's one thing that could use some work - the auto order feature. I've had to tweak my orders a few times because of timing problems, and it's kind of a hassle. Sometimes I end up getting the wrong items delivered. Also, the orders don't get removed from the auto order list automatically, even when they're not in use anymore. It can get pretty confusing.
