I bought a water bottle from this company and I gotta say, I was super happy with it. But then, after a while, I noticed that the cap wasn't working right. I reached out to customer service and I was really surprised by how fast and helpful they were. Patricio, the guy I spoke with, was awesome at sorting out my problem. I sent a video showing the issue, and they quickly sent me a new cap in the same color. Overall, I'm really impressed with the product and the top-notch customer service from this company.
