Slow shipping
Oh man, what a letdown! I used to really enjoy shopping here because of the super fast next day shipping. But now, it's been a total nightmare. I recently placed an order and they shipped it from some really far-off location, which ended up taking way longer than usual. I think it's time for me to start looking for other places to shop.
