Enola Veum

I made a mistake when I ordered the wrong expansion for FF14 instead of the newest one on the website. I contacted customer service to ask for a refund or exchange, but they told me that I couldn't get one because I had already seen the key in an email or on a webpage. The customer service rep was nice, but the policy they had to follow was really strict and unforgiving. It's frustrating to be stuck with a software key that I can't even use just because of a small ordering error.
