Online purchase experience
Eh, I had a pretty bad time shopping online with this company, eh? The delivery was a total pain, costing me a bunch in delivery fees and unexpected customs charges, eh. When I tried to get help from customer service, they took forever to get back to me and just pointed me to the fine print on the website for delivery details, eh. It would've been nice if they had just been upfront about it when I was ordering, eh? All in all, I was left feeling pretty peeved about the whole shopping experience and definitely won't be buying from them again, eh.
