Room booking for out of town trip
The room was a disaster - broken, dirty, and stinky. The sheets were gross and stained. When I asked for a refund at the front desk, they sent me to Hotwire. Hotwire took forever to get back to me, and when they did, they only offered me 25 Hotwire bucks. This hotel was a total nightmare - unsafe and filthy. I didn't even end up staying there.
